5. Once the product is received and inspected, you’ll receive a full refund for the product and the original delivery shipping fee.

Conditions

• The eyewear must be returned in its original condition.
• The product must not be damaged or altered.
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
• The guarantee applies to ready-made, non-customized eyewear.
• Customized preion lenses and products made specifically to the customer’s specifications are excluded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors.
